1. Delivery methods
We currently deliver to addresses in the Slovak Republic only, and orders with a delivery address outside it are not fulfilled for the time being. Any extension of delivery to other countries will be announced on this page; an order is always governed by the terms in force when it was submitted.
Goods are delivered by courier directly to the buyer's address. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days from order confirmation.
Alternatively, delivery to a pickup point can be selected subject to availability at the time of ordering. The parcel must be collected within the period set by the pickup point operator; if not collected, the parcel may be returned to the seller.
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside the seller's control. The buyer will be informed of any significant delay.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €3.90 for courier delivery to an address and €2.90 for delivery to a pickup point, for orders below €49 in product value. Orders of €49 or more qualify for free delivery with either method.
A fee of €3.00 is added to orders paid by cash on delivery. The fee relates to the payment method rather than to shipping, and therefore applies to orders with free delivery as well.
The current shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are always shown in the order summary before submission. The seller reserves the right to change shipping prices; changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
3. Payment methods
Online card or bank transfer payment via the secure GoPay payment gateway. After order confirmation the customer is redirected to the GoPay payment page. The seller has no access to the customer's card details or banking login credentials.
Cash on delivery – payment in cash upon receipt of the parcel from the carrier. The buyer is expected to have the exact amount ready.
The seller reserves the right not to accept cash on delivery for orders where there are reasonable grounds for concern. In such cases, the buyer will be asked to pay in advance.
4. Invoice and documents
A proof of purchase is included with the parcel and a link to it is part of the confirmation e-mail. It serves as evidence of purchase when reporting a defect or withdrawing from the contract; the seller issues no separate warranty certificate, as liability for defects follows directly from the law.
The seller is not a VAT payer, so the document contains no value added tax and the amount shown is final.
